How it works

Room-by-room photos
The inspector uses the Android app, offline too, and can dictate comments. The visit ends with the closing checklist you set for each home: door locked, windows closed…

A report in the owner's language
Sending the visit publishes the report. What your team writes is machine-translated and labelled as such, with the original one tap away.

Owners open it without a password
On the web or in the Android app, with one private link or QR code. They see their homes, newest visit first, with the photos.

Optional services, paid to you
Propose a service with its price: painting, locks, maintenance… The owner accepts or declines and pays you directly, by bank transfer or by card into your own Stripe account. You record the finished work with photos.
Built around the visit
No sorting photos afterwards
Each photo lands in its room during the visit, and the report is built from there.
From your own email or WhatsApp
Owners hear from your email address (SMTP or Microsoft 365) or your WhatsApp, not from an address they don't know.
Days at home and an emergency plan
Owners mark the days they'll be at home, and routine visits on those days are skipped. Your emergency plan is shown to them in their language.
