Performance Labs SL markets the service under the MyAIEmployee, MiEmpleadoIA, Il Mio Impiegato IA and Captura brands.
2. Purpose
This website provides information about a supervised SaaS platform for accounting firms and other professional teams. Features, prices, applicable taxes, contracting conditions and service limits are described on the relevant pages and in the current Terms of Service.
3. Access and use
Access to public content is generally free. Contracted features require an account and are subject to the Terms of Service and, where applicable, the data processing agreement governing the organisation.
Users must use the website and service lawfully, must not interfere with their security or operation and must not infringe third-party rights.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
The website and service's proprietary text, designs, trademarks, software and other content belong to Performance Labs SL or are used with the relevant permission. No rights are granted beyond those needed to access the website and use the service under the applicable terms.
